WALK-IN RENTALS WILL BE CHARGED A $15 FEE PER BIKE.
We do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations 48 hours or more prior to the morning of rental. Bike rentals cancelled or changed without 48 hours notice will incur a $30/bike fee. No-call, no-show reservations will also incur a $30/bike fee.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY RESERVATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER AND/OR IMPROPER BIKE TRANSPORTATION METHODS.
Transportation and security of bikes is the responsibility of the customer. While there are limited trails accessible from The Hub they are not suitable for all riders. If you are new to mountain biking or to riding in the area we highly recommend purchasing a map or booking a guide. Check out the FAQ page for our guide recommendations.
Other restrictions and fees may apply due to: poor weather, trail and bike damaging conditions, excessive wear or damage to a bike, bike swaps, and improper transportation methods, etc. Please note that we do not rent bikes for races or events.
E-BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY SINGLE-TRACK IN PISGAH NATIONAL FOREST, DUPONT STATE FOREST, OR ANY OTHER E-BIKE RESTRICTED AREAS. YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A ADDITIONAL FEE IF FOUND IN ABOVE RESTRICTED AREAS.
Our area gets a large amount of rain a year causing large amounts of wear to the trails. The Hub reserves the right to cancel reservations due to poor trail conditions.
A portion of rental fees goes to support the Pisgah Trail Fund. For more information or to get involved with local trail initiatives visit: www.pisgahconservancy.org
