Our bike mechanics are fully trained and experienced in providing top-quality service with speedy turnaround.

We aim to get you back on the trail as fast as possible, which is why we work on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact us for estimated turnaround times.
Our basic service package is for bikes in good condition that only need fine-tuning and preventative maintenance. This service keeps your bike running safe and smooth, while preventing small issues from turning into costly repairs down the road.
Basic Tune-Up Services
- Full safety check – We go over every critical piece to make sure nothing’s gonna surprise you out on the trail
- Bolt & bearing inspection – All the bolts, bearings, and pivots get checked for proper torque, wear, and that everything’s locked down tight
- Quick clean & lube – Frame, fork, wheels wiped down, plus a light drivetrain clean and lube
- Drivetrain tune – Shifting dialed in: indexing, derailleur limits, hanger alignment
- Brake refresh – Bake bleed and pad alignment
- Wheels & tires – Wheel truing and hub inspection

An eBike is a big investment. We offer annual service, which includes a full tune-up and any needed firmware updates to keep your electric sled running great for the long haul.
Signs your bike needs some TLC
Weak Brakes
Worn or weak brakes are a major safety hazard. If you’re brakes feel sluggish or unresponsive, you could have worn brake pads, frayed cables, or even contamination on your rotors.
Wobbly Wheels + Unstable Rides
For wheels to function well, spokes need even tension. To check, squeeze two spokes together; you should feel resistance. Listen for any rattling as the wheel spins. If the wheel wobbles, the spokes might need re-tensioning.
Worn Tires
Even unused tires can deteriorate, especially in hot, wet, or sunny climates. As you ride more, the tread can wear down too. Watch for dry rot, which appears as cracks, worn threads on sidewalls, faded tread, and bald spots.
Rusty Chain
Water and metal aren’t friends! If you notice a rusty or noisy chain, it’s time for a visit. A dry, rusty chain can cause excessive drivetrain wear and ineffcient pedaling.
Shifting Issues + Skipping Gears
Your bike’s gears should transition smoothly, without any hesitation or skipping. Let our service team know what issues you’re encountering, and we’ll work to make sure your gears shift smoothly every time.
Weird Noises
A quiet bike is a happy bike. If you hear any clicking, grinding, knocking, squeaking, rattling, or other strange noises, it’s time to give your bike some TLC.

Nope – we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Feel free to give us a call for estimated turnaround times.

Absolutely! We offer full service on all bike brands and types. If you need specific parts we don’t stock, we’re often able to help source them.

Do you assist with warranties?
Yep – if you bought your bike at the Hub or we carry the bike brand you ride, we’re happy to help with the warranty process.
If we don’t carry your bike brand, we recommend contacting a local dealer or going directly to the manufacturer.
Can I drink a beer while I wait for my bike?
Yep – cheers! The patio is all yours. Grab a cold one and hang out while we take a look at your bike and assess the workload.
