RALLY FOR WESTERN NC
In the wake of Hurricane Helene’s devastating aftermath in the Southeast, the Hub and Pisgah Tavern invites you to take action with Local Love on Wheels. We’re rolling out this fundraiser to bolster the relief and recovery efforts across Western North Carolina.
Your participation not only plays a pivotal role in WNC’s regional recovery, but also gives you a chance to win from over $10,000 of prizes generously donated by our local and national industry partners.
Your Support in Action
Be a Force for Good
Money raised from the Local Love on Wheels Sweepstakes will go directly to the G5 Trail Collective based out of Old Fort, NC and Bounty and Soul based in Black Mountain, NC. These organizations have had boots on the ground since day one and are working diligently to meet the dynamic needs of our community.
Win Big
By participating, you not only contribute to recovery efforts, but also have a chance to win high-end mountain bike gear and equipment, including the grand prize: a custom Santa Cruz Hightower. The prize pool, valued at over $10,000, features items generously donated by both our local and national partners. This is your chance to give back to the community while potentially scoring some awesome gear!
Bounty & Soul
Bounty & Soul believes in a just and equitable food and health system and in building communities where everyone has the right to eat well, be nourished and thrive. They also support local food growers through the Farmers Alliance program and provide culturally aligned services for the region’s Latinx community. The team at Bounty & Soul has been working tirelessly to provide hot meals, fresh produce, and supplies to those in need.
G5 Trail Collective
The G5 Trail Collective is a 501-c3 non-profit initiative powered by Camp Grier in partnership with the USFS, local communities, and recreational trail user groups. The G5 has been instrumental in clearing trails and promoting outdoor restoration work. From clearing roads and rebuilding bridges to ensuring safe water access and power generation, the G5 team is working to provide the infrastructure necessary for recovery operations—both in the immediate and long-term future.
