Pisgah Tavern

Ride Bikes. Drink Beer.

That is our motto. The Pisgah Tavern is your local adventure watering hole, which happens to be nestled within The Hub. We offer a great variety of local and other fine craft beers on draft, as well provide the palate with a large variety of canned beer choices--perfect to take on any adventure.

Indoor and outdoor seating is provided to keep you comfortable while you share stories of your ride/adventure with friends and family. Come on in and refresh yourself with an awesome brew while you shop for some fresh threads or a new bike!

The Pisgah Tavern. Located on old Highway 64 in the early 1940′s, Pisgah tavern was a hangout for young people. The tavern sold beer (according to one former teenager) “even when it wasn’t legal.” From left to right are Mr. Hunter (owner), Johnny Hunter (his son), Mary Vannah, Leslie Coleman, Kathleen Wilson, Jean Dixon, Mr. Fred Hunter (also owner), Buddy Green, and Irene Tinsley.
